History:

The Story

Kevin and David Jerew got started in the sport of tractor pulling in the the late 1970's when they bought an old carbureted single engine modified. Eventually, the Jerew Brothers supercharged that engine and began to become avid pullers. Striving for more and more power, they upgraded to two blown engines and joined the Ohio State Pulling Circuit. In the early 90's, they went a step further and mounted 3 blown 429's in the chassis. After about 5 years, they built an entirely new chassis in 1996 and designed a "two down - one up" engine configuration common to the sport. In 2001, after a two year break, they gathered funds and completely rebuilt the engines from the ground up. That same year, after the engine rebuild, with help from Martin Senior Paints and NAPA branch manager Scott Lantz, Kevin and Dave painted the paint job that you can see on the fenders and side panels.  Finally, Larry Sheeter, specialist in vinyl decals, designed a logo for our fenders and applied them just before the 2001 O.S.T.P.A. season started.  Wild Times has a lot of history and new chapters of Wild Times History will continue to be written.
